Terms and Conditions for the Manufacture and Sale of Leather Goods – Egypt
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and manufacture of leather goods provided by our company in Egypt. By placing an order or purchasing any of our products, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.
1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed and products purchased from our company, including custom-made leather goods and ready-to-buy items.
1.2. By purchasing or requesting the manufacture of leather products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Our company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be communicated to clients through our website or via direct contact.
1.4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt, and any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
2. Products and Services
2.1. We offer a wide range of leather goods, including but not limited to bags, wallets, belts, jackets, and custom leather accessories. All products are crafted using high-quality leather materials.
2.2. Custom leather products are made to customer specifications, including designs, sizes, and colors. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered without prior agreement from our company.
2.3. All leather products are handmade, and natural variations in texture, color, and appearance may occur. These variations are not considered defects but rather part of the natural beauty of genuine leather.
2.4. Our company reserves the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. Orders can be placed online through our website, via phone, or through direct contact with our sales team.
3.2. Payment for orders must be made in full before the production or shipping process begins. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other secure methods as outlined on our website.
3.3. For custom leather products, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order. The remaining balance must be paid before the product is shipped or delivered.
3.4. Prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may vary depending on the exchange rate for international customers.
3.5. All taxes and duties associated with the purchase of goods, including shipping fees and customs charges, are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Production and Delivery
4.1. Production times for custom leather goods vary depending on the complexity of the order and the availability of materials. Estimated production times will be communicated to the customer at the time of order.
4.2. Standard orders for ready-made products will typically be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock shortages or shipping delays.
4.3. We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
4.4. We are not responsible for delays or losses during shipping caused by third-party shipping carriers.
4.5. Upon receipt of the product, the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods to ensure they meet the order specifications. If there are any defects or discrepancies, the customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
5. Cancellations and Returns
5.1. Once an order for a custom leather product has been placed, cancellations are only possible if the production process has not yet begun. The non-refundable deposit will still be charged.
5.2. For ready-made products, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
5.3. In the case of a defective product, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. The customer must provide proof of the defect and return the product within 14 days of receipt.
5.4. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1. All leather products are crafted with care and attention to detail. We offer a 6-month warranty on our products, covering defects in materials or craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
6.2. The company is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our products.
6.3. Any repairs or alterations required after the warranty period will be charged at the prevailing rates for labor and materials.
7. Care and Maintenance
7.1. Leather is a natural material and may require proper care to maintain its quality and appearance. We recommend following the care instructions provided with each product to prolong its life.
7.2. For leather bags, wallets, and other items, it is recommended to clean them with a soft cloth and use a leather conditioner to prevent drying or cracking.
7.3. The company is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or neglect of products.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided by customers will be used solely for the purposes of processing orders and providing services.
8.2. We will not share or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8.3. Customers have the right to access, update, and delete their personal information by contacting our customer service team.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All designs, logos, and content related to our products are the intellectual property of our company and are protected by copyright laws.
9.2. The unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication.
10.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be settled in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
